✅ Your Future Responsibilities

You will:

• Conduct classes in your subject area.
• Use technical assignments prepared by our academic analysts which include information on how to conduct classes with specific children: style, pace, and type of support needed.
• Utilize the methodological materials and frameworks developed by Step by Step.

👌🏻 Expected Skills and Knowledge

• Proficiency in English at C1-C2 level.
• Ability to design educational experience: content development, problem sets, course design, including teacher training courses.
• Familiarity with assessment principles: summative, formative, and self-assessment.
• Ability to develop diagnostic materials and conduct subject testing.
• Proficiency in basic digital tools such as Google Meet, Miro, and FigJam.

💼 Required Experience and Education

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree, PhD from a foreign university.
• Internships at foreign universities.
• Specialization in the subject you are teaching.
• Ideally, pedagogical education in your chosen subject.
